How do I arrange for my vehicle to be serviced?

If you have selected the service maintenance option and you require the vehicle to be serviced, follow the three easy steps below.

  • Book your vehicle into your preferred Dealer using your company name, and advising that it is a Ford Leasing vehicle.

  • On arrival at the Dealers Service Department, present your Customer Service Card and Vehicle Owners Manual to the reception staff, to ensure Ford Leasing will be billed direct.

  • On completion of the service simply drive away with no need to worry about the invoice. Ford Leasing will make the payment as agreed to in your maintained operating lease agreement.

The Ford Leasing plan covers scheduled maintenance service and approved repairs, replacement or adjustments as necessary.

The service plan includes all scheduled services due up to the contracted kilometer limit but not inclusive of the last service. For example, a vehicle that is contracted for 36 months at 60,000 kms, all scheduled services up to 60,000 kms are covered under the maintenance rental, but the 60,000 kms service is not covered. It is not in your interest to pay for a service that you will not benefit from.

Following the three easy steps above will ensure that the invoice for authorised work on your vehicle will be sent to Ford leasing. If however an invoice for authorised work is sent to you, or your company, please return it to the dealer with a request to forward it on to Ford Leasing for attention.
